Shipping Coverage

  • We offer shipping to all regions across Israel.

  • At this stage, we do not provide international shipping.


Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over 12  EUR

  • Fulfillment: Packages will be shipped using the most convenient and available method for your location, either via Israel Post or via home courier delivery (depending on the address and regional availability).


Delivery Times

  • ⏳ Israel Post: Up to 14 business days.

  • ⏳ Courier Delivery: Up to 2 business days.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled as long as they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, any cancellation or return will be processed in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Shipping Liability

  • We do our absolute best to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition.

  • Please note that in the event of shipping delays, loss, or damage during transit, the liability rests with the shipping courier company.

Incorrect Address

  • Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may lead to delivery delays or the package being returned to us.

  • In such cases, the customer will be charged for any additional costs associated with re-shipping the package.
